Dear Friends,
Jupiter has been in Gemini for a year. Jupiter will be leaving Gemini on June 25th. Jupiter expands, educates, and sometimes exaggerates. It has been doing this to the Gemini area of your chart. Jupiter takes 12 years to go through all 12 signs spending a year in each sign. We have had the opportunity to learn more about the tools of communication. We have learned more about our neighbors and our neighborhood. Maybe you have new neighbors or there have been changes in your community. Even the Mall is the modern neighborhood. Just as Jupiter is finishing its stay in Gemini, we get a New Moon in Gemini to concentrate the focus for the next 30 days. We will notice during this lunation how much our attitude has expanded and changed over the last year. The other piece of information is that once a year the Sun will join each Planet to begin a yearly cycle. The last time the Sun joined Jupiter was a year ago and Jupiter was at 23 degrees Taurus. That has been playing out this year even though shortly after the cycle started Jupiter moved into Gemini on June 11th, 2012. This year the Sun will join Jupiter on June 19th at 28 degrees of Gemini and start a year cycle expanding your life where 28 degrees Gemini is in your chart. A week later Jupiter will move on into Cancer but we will continue to enjoy the benefits of Jupiter in Gemini until the Sun catches up with Jupiter next year. Optimism and a good attitude is very helpful in this time of restructuring our lives with the Uranus/Pluto square and Saturn in Scorpio. A good attitude and willingness to do what needs to be done is a good mantra. "I am willing!" "Show Me!"
A New Moon will occur on June 8th, 2013 at 11:56 am EDT at 18 degrees Gemini 01 minute. It is time to learn and make new connections. Gemini is clever and can multi task very easily. This New Moon will be emphasizing those qualities and that part of your chart where Gemini is located. Mercury, the ruler of this New Moon, is in the sign Cancer keeping company with Venus. This brings the focus of interest and curiosity to home, family, and security. Venus and Mercury form a grand trine in water signs with Neptune in Pisces and Saturn in Scorpio.
